We had an unfortunate situation happen to our camper but because of it, we had the good fortune of meeting Chari Dalton and her crew. While traveling to Yellowstone from the east coast, part of the side of our camper got torn off due to the high winds We called Daltons, but because they would be closed by the time we could get there, we foolishly called the next service listed on line, which was Piatts 24 hr. service. Calling them turned out to be the biggest mistake we could have made. They patched the camper that evening, and it tore off within 14 miles of leaving the campground at a cost of $450. We even stayed at the campground an extra day to give it time to adhere and be secure. So we had to backtrack to Sheridan and took the camper to Daltons. They spent approx.7 hrs taking it apart and fixing it correctly. After arriving home 3,064 miles later, it's still secure. Cannot say enough about their friendliness, service and workmanship. Chari was great to deal with.

I went in to look for a holding tank heater, they seemed knowledgeable about the product. However, their price was $155 for a dual voltage heater. I thought that the price was high, so I looked online. I found the same heater online for $117, I asked if they would consider price matching. They would not, nothing even close to earn my business (I would be okay paying a little over the $117 considering that did not include shipping costs, or the delay while in transit). They are not willing to work with a customer on regards of price. They have a captive customer base considering they are nearly 100 miles from the nearest rv center and they know it. Do not shop here, let the consumer speak!
