- ColonoscopyColorectal cancer screening, which may involve a fecal occult blood test, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy and/or barium enema. The 20 percent coinsurance under Medicare Part B may apply if polyps are found and removed during the screening, and also if you have a barium enema as part of the colorectal cancer screening

Patients can schedule phone consultations and video conferences with their primary care, behavioral health and specialty providers. We also have technology that allows patients and providers to use high resolution video and audio technology for visits.
- Diabetes Care
- RadiologyWhen you get services from an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, certain providers there may be out-of-network. In these cases, the most those providers may bill you is your plan’s in-network cost-sharing amount. This applies to emergency medicine, anesthesia, pathology, radiology, laboratory, neonatology, surgeons and assistant surgeons, hospitalists, or intensivist services. These providers can’t balance bill you and cannot ask you to give up your protections not to be balance billed.
