  While we generally address your home's landscaping needs at the time of the original estimate, each building is unique, and some landscapes require more attention than others. We strive to accommodate and protect sensitive landscape elements within reason. If there are specific plants or vegetation that require special attention, please bring them to our attention.
• Driveways
  During the construction process, there might be a need for some special arrangements to facilitate the project's smooth execution. This could include accommodating the presence of two or more trucks in your driveway, along with two trailers in cases where tear-off is required. Additionally, access to electricity is essential for the various tasks at hand. If your house lacks an external power source, we kindly request access to the interior.

• Residential Roof Repair
  STeelScapes Legacy Series roof in Urban slate. For this project, we tore off the existing roofing and replaced it with this material giving the home a polished look. This project took 7 days from start to finish and we could not be happier with the results of this stunning transformation.   All roofing installed by CCI shall be installed according to or greater than manufacture's specifications and or industrial standards for quality concerning steep roof applications guidelines including underlayment and ventilation, flashing and sheet metal.
