Established in 1977, The Sterling Center is a mental health practice center. It offers specialized evaluation and treatment services to a variety of clients. The center provides treatment for depression, stress and anxiety, family conflict, poor socialization, domestic violence, sexual victimization and poor judgment/impulsiveness. The Sterling Center assists patients by providing individual/group/family counseling. Based in Shelton, Conn., it also helps clients with problems related to alcohol or drugs by offering relapse prevention and family therapy.
