Great place for a makeover! They really know how to make a person look fantastic and years younger. I went there on the recommendation of my best friends. For the very first time in any salon, a stylist really listened to what I needed! I now have the cut I always wanted and the color is fabulous! I am a happy me!

i would give 1/2 a star if i could. i went in for a "body wave" i have long hair and wanted a "slight bend" in my hair. the girl who did the perm must have been new but the owner was there so that is no excuse. after 4 hours of being there, i left with my hair so tight that it poofed out like a "fro". (and only half dried)also, they said they had to use a special shampoo before the perm because i had product in my hair. i have NEVER been so mortified in my life!! STAY AWAY!

We found this salon on the Redken NYC website. Called it and had a sweet receptionist answer all our questions and give great directions. This salon is immaculate and well stocked with products and literature. Our stylist looked at the pictures that we had brought and did a full consultation. We decided on a conditioning glaze and a new haircut. We sat and had coffee and herbal teas and biscotti. We got a wonderful new look at a great price! We have found our new salon!
