My name is Irene - I brought my Daughters Dell 1555 into Bear Computer Repair and I could tell you the service is fantastic and the turnaround time is very fast - We got the computer back in two hours.

Horrible Service........ Gave my laptop to this guy over a year ago, destroyed the laptop after paying him $40 to fix the dc connector and had to involve the police dept who tried to help but said it was a civil material. To this day, have yet to get it back and wont return messages. Wouldnt recommend this service to anyone. My $1250 laptop gone...Thanks for nothing

This company took my toshiba laptop's cracked screen and replaced the LCD. Other companies told us the screen price was going to be around 100$ and they found the part for 84$. In this economy I think that is GREAT.
