This company is the worst, I had paid for a service contract with them and called them when my furnace was not firing. When the guy came out he told me that the problem was electrical panel and was not covered under my service contract and wanted to charge me $170 for a service call. I refused to pay as I felt this should be covered under my service contract. after I refused to pay Steve the serviceman who came out went back into my basement and cut various wires inside the furnace and wires going to Thermostat to make it harder for me to get it fixed by someone else. I didn't follow Steve back into the basement as I was busy with kids downstairs, I only realized he did this when my electrician stopped by to fix the problem and he was shocked at what these people did and how they left us in the cold with 4 and 5 year old.
