  Membrane roofs are most commonly made from synthetic rubber, thermoplastic (PVC or similar material), or modified bitumen. There are two main types of single-ply membrane commercial roofing: TPO and EPDM.
• Residential Roof Inspection
  Roof inspections, infrared scanning, and core samples determine if the roof is a candidate for Restoration. Long-term leaking can lead to saturated roof components which must be removed and replaced. Saturation also leads to rust and/or deterioration of the structural decking. However, most of the time there are only sections of the roof that are leaking. Infrared scans can easily pinpoint these sections and instead of a full roof tear-off, Spray-Tec crews can remove the saturated layers, build them back up, and then spray over them. Without the need to tear-off the entire existing roof, we can offer the building owner a significant savings of labor and materials.
