I hired Safety King because I'd read good things about them online and their process seemed to be thorough. Vastly understated! The two guys that came to the house were fantastic. They worked the entire four and a half hours they were there and did an amazing job. They explained what they were doing and were all-round great!. Well worth the money and I'll hire them again when I need my ducts cleaned out again.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Safety King and the team of Kory and Robert who performed the work at our home. While duct cleaning is not inexpensive, it is labor intensive and the team worked hard to do a thourough job. Everything was explained in detail and the team was very personable and efficient. The equipment they used was very heavy duty and they showed us before and after photos to document effectiveness of their work.

I just bought a house that had five cats living in it. I knew I wanted the ducts cleaned and called a few companies for quotes. I had gotten a few few that came in lower than Safety King's and wondered... so I called Safety King back to ask them why I should go with them over the the cheaper quotes. Kathy was fantastic. She never said anything bad about the competitor instead focused only on what Safety King did. I decided after talking to her to book with Safety King and am glad I did. Marcus was the tech that showed up and (right on time too!) and fro the almost three hours he was there I don't think he stopped moving! He was professional, courteous and took time to explain what he was doing if I asked. After he showed me the the before and after pictures of the ducts, I decided to also have them sensitized. He made sure to go over the information sheet about the sanitizer before applying the product. I'm so glad I picked Safety King! Money very well spent !!

Both the technicians were not only friendly, but came in and explained the process, and got right to work.
