Mark Electronics did a great job of helping me plan out and set up a perfect security system for our family home that not only met our budget but provided everything important that we felt we needed and wanted. Tarah at Mark Electronics was so pleasant and easy to work with. After dealing with a sales rep from much larger ADT Alarm Company whose only concern was closing the deal, dealing with her and a company that still has that family owned and operated feeling but a reputation that far exceeds those larger companies was very refreshing. It's nice to call in and talk to people who actually care about you and your happiness. The customer service they provided before, during, and after installation was better than ADT could have ever provided. (Not to mention that their equipment provided was much nicer both feature wise and visually than ADT had to offer without up charging you hundreds of dollars. Appearance isn't everything but its always a plus!) My family has always used this company for years and I will continue to use Mark Electronics for all of my security and electronics needs for years to come!
