I was very disappointed when I took my cat back to this place for a scheduled follow-up, following my cats' urinary tract infection. The staff here were very rude and unprofessional to me.They even had me in a waiting area that was unclean. The follow up visit determined that my cat no longer had the infection. However, I was skeptical because my cat's urine still smelled with an unusual odor and she still urinated outside of the litterbox (as most cats do with pain associated with the litterbox with UTI's).Well, I expressed my concern to the staff there and they blew me off by giggling and stating "well all urine stinks."I then asked to speak with the doctor himself to avail, they told me he is busy.So the rude lady at the desk called the other employee who obtained the urinalysis and she giggled while explaining my concerns.I felt that this place did not listen to me nor even care about my concerns..which were valid.I will never return to place with either of my animals.Uncaring staff!
I was quoted over the phone $200 for 1) anesthesia ($50) 2) bloodwork ($100) and 3) grooming fee ($50). When I made the appointment I was not given any info about vaccines that were needed or possible additional charges. When I arrived the secretary asked me for my dog?s vaccination records. I was not told to bring them and instead of going 45 miles back home I told them to go ahead with the vaccination. That upped the bill to $235. It ticked me off that they didn't tell me about that so I was better prepared, but hey, she needed it anyway. I left, went home and received a call saying that a standard, but necessary, blood count test was needed. Every dog over ten that is getting tranquilized needs this test. They 'forgot' to tell me about this. That brought my total to $265. By then I was very upset. When I got there I was asked to pay $290. The groomer had 'misquoted' me. He said several insulting remarks pertaining to my intelligence, and eventually took a whole $25 of my $290 bill.
