I waited some time before posting because I was hesitant about bashing a company. But after my husband just checked the water filter under the house that y’all charged us for and it had NO filter in it...it threw me over the edge! I’ve had water pressure issues since we bought the place and contacted Wayne since I knew him. Big mistake. After $600, nothing was fixed. Even the fixtures were put back on BACKWARDS and LOOSE. Just wrong, like parts missing. I called Wayne back a few days later to let him know nothing was fixed, he promised to come back out and never did. Nor did he return my call. Very bad experience, waste of money, and still have the same issues. Will also be reporting to the BBB.
