Con artists! Answered add for sales position and interviewed and was then told to come in for training. At the training was charged over $600 for "training materials" and course. After a week of so called training was told to go home and wait for their call and once a couple formalities were taken care of we would continue with "details" training. Waited 3 weeks and never got a call. Inquired with sales manager about delay and was told they only hired 2 people out of the 12 that were selected for "training". No phone call, letter or anything telling group they weren't going forward with employment. No refund on $600 "training". Manager tried saying he didn't know they were charging for "training". Come on now, seriously? You don't know what's going on at your own place of employment, and you are supposed to be in charge? Whatever!

Buyer beware please do not buy a car from this dealership ...I like to find the good in everyone and everything but these people are dishonest and cruel.

Loved this dealership and bought my 08 mercury mariner for a good price. Love the car except all of a sudden my drivers door would no open at all. Mike bass ford wanted $600 to fix, we found part elsewhere for less. They would not match price or help me out at all. Shame they lost a lot of potential business over a hundred bucks or so.
