while visiting in the area I experienced a problem with one of my new hearing aids that I had purchased in FL. I found Welsch on the web and used their user friendly web sit to send an SOS late on a Friday evening. The next morning I was contacted and Sue offered to come and open the office on a Sat morning to help me. She diagnosed the problem quickly and not only fixed it but explained the cause and what I should do to prevent it. Also gave me some equipmnet to help keep my hearing aids I have bought somehwere else working at top efficiency. I would recommend them highly. Dick
