They came and replaced the well pump at my elderly Father's house when it failed on the same day I called. Had the whole job done in a little more than a hour. They then responded immediately a few days later when a buried pipe ruptured and I hit the panic button and called for assistance. All it took was turning off a valve to an unused faucet to solve the problem. These guys are Super!
I would never hire Sixel and Schwinn to do plumbing work. I bought a house in July and the pipes leaked because it was not winterized correctly. Sixel and Schwinn was hired by the bank to fix the leaks and the bank paided them to do so, after I moved in one of the walls had mold on it, I had to have the wall ripped out only to find that they had missed a leak and because of the leak it cost me hundreds of extra dollars, the contractor told me I should contact Sixel and Schwinn and that they should come in good faith and fix the leak since they had missed it in the first place, well they came to fix it and then they sent me a bill for the repair of a water leak in the amount of $83.62. I contacted them and told them I did not feel I should have to pay the bill, that because of there negligents I had to have a wall ripped out and replaced, there response was a bill for $84.75, they added on a $1.25 Finance charge.
