PSO is my favorite pet store and I have been goin there for years. Amazing customer service and knowledge. They are very helpful with fish info especially when Tou is working AKA this fish guy. Very low prices compared to any other store especially petsmart. They have pretty much everything your looking for, fish supplies,small animal supplies, reptile, and cat and dog supplies. I won't go anyplace else and will keep supporting this local business.

I have shopped at Pet Supply Outlet for many years and have always been very happy with the prices and the customer service. I have had saltwater fish for over 30 years and have been buying the majority of my fish at PSO since they started selling fish at their last location. I have always found their fish to be of high quality and their prices very reasonable, often similar to that of online companies. I also have found their staff to be knowledgeable when it comes to the fish room and many of them have tanks of their own. I highly recommend them for saltwater fish or other pet products (we also buy dog and cat products there).

Great selection and decent prices on some products. However, the customer service is TERRIBLE. I've been a loyal customer for years (only because the location is close to my work) and have yet to feel good about the interactions I have with the employees. They are rude and completely unable or unwilling to answer questions about their products. They act like they are doing us a favor when we shop there.

Terrible. Bought a $40 saltwater fish that must have had a disease and killed everything in my tank within 36 hours. Was offered no refund or compension, was only told that my water was bad, even after I told them the water was tested and the temp was fine. For a regular customer I was treated poorly and will not be buying anything there again.
