Peacefield Yoga studio, located in Sheboygan, WI at the home of Shawn LaDuke. An in-home yoga space, studio size 15x22 ft. Enjoy a beautiful eastern exposure to soak up the morning sun and beautiful views out of the sliding glass doors overlooking a charming patio, mature trees and wildlife. Shawn is a certified yoga instructor and registered with Yoga Alliance. Yoga became her passion and along with that a desire to share this ancient discipline in which to bring you back to center and create a powerful union of the physical (body), mental (mind), and astral (spiritual) promoting well-being into your day to day living. Teaching to all levels of yoga experience in a delightful mixture of traditional styles Shawn is sure to spark your imagination and desire to stay with this centuries old discipline. Look and feel younger, take your yoga off the mat and live a life you truly are happy and comfortable in.
