Our founder Richard Gall has over 40 years engineering & machine design and building experience, including high volume production, robotic automation, work cells, and special application machinery. Ten years ago Superior Parts & Service was started to provide service parts and field service for the Jenkins line of woodworking equipment. Our team of X-Jenkins employees first led us in that direction. We started as a n engineer, a mechanic, a machinist, and a service technician with a mission to develop longer lasting service parts that perform better and are half the price of the OEM In the process our satisfied Jenkins customers started asking if they could get a chain rebuilt for a Mereen-Johnson, hold downs for a Challoner, then a new feed chain for a Greenlee, friction pads for a Fletcher, a rebuilt chain for a Torweggee, and now we furnish over 150 wear parts for eighteen different machine makes.
