I have always liked the Credit Union business model. In this case it was one step better. We met with Acting President Al Kraus, who was extremely helpful and easy to speak with. He seemed to make an extra effort to be sure his recommendations were right for us. We appreciated that very much since it felt more like we were collaborating rather than being sold.
