We've been customers for many years and have had very good service. Leo is personable and takes care of problems when they occur. The staff as of now is fine and helpful.

Absolutely the worst place in Sheboygan to get glasses/contacts! Do NOT go there. Just check them out for your self on the Better Business Bureau site. And the grade F should tell you to stay away from this place! But for a review well be prepaired for super long waits to get frames and lenses, up to 6-10 weeks. Very, very poor service!! It takes him 2 weeks just to cut the lenses once they arrive. They are always making up excuses as to why things are so slow. And they will not fix or repair a pair of glasses if they get broken. They say sorry, but that isn't covered under our warranty. So you are out all that money spent on their over priced glasses!

Very poor service. I had to wait for 4 weeks ( I called atleast 8- 10 times for my answer) to get an answer about my prescription. The manager / owner Leo will not help you in any situtation. They do not stand by their word. The receptionist who claimed to know about coverage (she had been doing it for last 11 years) gave all the wrong answers. I don't think it's worth your time and money...go elsewhere...they are out to fleece people
I know in the business world there are going to be mistakes made, but constant mistakes and rude service is unacceptable. The optometrist was very friendly and knowledgeable, but it is the ladies that answer the phones and make appointments that made the experience a bad one. They ordered my contacts and never called me, so I called there 3 days in a row before I received an answer. I had a trial pair of contacts ordered the week after Thanksgiving and they said it would be a week at the most. I called back the 3rd week in December and finally my contacts were in. The lady told me that my contacts must have been on backorder, but two days before a different lady told me they were going to re-order my contacts because they never received them. If they were on backorder then the re order would even take longer to get. Once I receive my contacts and see the doctor to make sure they fit, I will be asking for my prescription, I will order them somewhere else.
