Another disgruntled with Vyve. Called number provided....got a message that it was no longer in service. Sent an email to headquarters with picture showing cable left on the ground and wrapped around my fence. And it was not for my service. Maybe someone behind my street. Have informed them that they have until May 15. If not removed then will give mowers permission to cut. Is this company simply Allegiance with a different name. Had same trouble years ago for the same problem. Sent a letter telling them if my grandchildren were hurt because of their cable on the ground, I would attempt to own their company. It is so hard to get their attention, but this technique worked.

I do not recommend this business to anyone. I have no phone,TV,or internet service tonite. I been holding for 30 minutes on cell phone. Finally gave up. 14-days ago I began service with these folks. I will document times without service because I do not plan to pay for services I do not receive. Least they could do is provide us with someone to answer our calls. They certainly have not earned any bragging rights.I am Looking at better avenue of service.

Have always used cable. Ever since we were changed over to Vyve and went digital, we are constantly having disruption in our service. We watch alot of sports the other night we missed the whole Thunder LA game because of the disruption. Now in the OU girls game. It's not just me it's everyone I know that uses Vyve. Will this ever be fixed, or do I need to finally give up and change.

Horrible service and no contact information on web site. unable to get in touch with anyone to find out why service has been completely lost to my home

orry service why cant cox come to Shawnee what is going on here some kind of buddy buddy deal or something id rather have dial up than deal with this is there a town council meeting where you can complain about gthis and get this company kicked out of town, $111 dolars amonth for sevice not worth $1

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i haveno choice..to have this ..i hate it..allways going off..! or wont record sonmetimes..i hate this cable.i want Direct!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst cable provider in history! A provider without a proper guide is like buying a cellular phone without a keypad. You charge for service calls that do not resolve issues and refuse to resolve them internally. The blame lies within the Shawnee city commission - they allowed you to provide junk when that is all you had to offer..

Awful service just because theyve changed the name to Vye doesnt mean the service has changed at all! Still horrible service fades in and out have lost contract with major company that carried cartoon network etc....
Allegiance Communication is the worst cable company I ever had the to deal with. I had a fire January 2 2010, I had to move into this little cabin, down the street from my home, I decided to use Allegiance Communication for my internet and TV, the worst mistake I ever made, I had notting but trouble with my internet, it would go on and off at least once a day some time 20 time a day, the TV lost more and more channels, and it finally after 7 month of me calling and calling I was told this was the best it was going to be, we don't care if you get full service or not, a matter of fact we don't care if we service you, go find some other company to provide your service. I pay 100 % of all my bills, have perfect credit, another words, a person that you would want to do business with, but because Allegaince could not fix the problems, stop even trying to fix the problems, all they want is you to pay your bill, don't complain when you have a problem, but please pay your bill. If there were negative stars I would have picked them! Words can't describe how terrible their service is! It took over three weeks (two seperate times) to get my cable and Internet to work again. I was told so many lies, excuses, and was eventually told it was MY FAULT! Because I didn't call the different offices in the right order. They are overpriced, arrogant, and have an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

They do not complete their work...cable line put in 2 months ago, still sitting above ground. Neighbors complain of same problem, waiting forever to get the line buried. Customer service poor...have called & written, no response.

The answering machine is deceptive. The office hours are 8 to 5 BUT i just learned they do not anwer the telephone until 8:30 am.Also, it is impossible to reach these people via e-mail.If a company is so hard to reach, does this mean they have a reason to avoid the public?
