I do not recommend anyone to go to this MRI facility. I had a knee MRI and was told that if I paid 550.00 cash I would get a discount of 79.88. They said my portion would be paid in full, so I agreed and paid 550.00 cash before MRI was performed. I am still getting bills from them for the 79.88, even after speaking with them 3 times and they said they would adjust it and they have not. The clerk on the phone even said she knew this was "not right" of them to do. I would recommend going to Oklahoma Diagnostic Imaging in OKC they charge 463.00 for a knee MRI which I had through them months earlier, vs 2400.00 for Shawnee Open MRI. I found out MRI facilities owned by a hospital charge WAY more. Oklahoma Diagnostic Imaging is independently owned, so prices are staggeringly lower! Do not get fooled like I did, or waste extra money going to this place that lies to you to get a big payment upfront.

Have no complaints about the service or work, but the office policies are ludicrous. I had need of having both knees mri'd and they refused to do both in the same day, even though my insurance rep told them on the phone with me on at the same time, that they WOULD pay. I will be going elsewhere. This was a total disregard for my own time and gas money to expect someone to make extra trips, when both knees were available and right there next to one another.
