I lived here in Shawnee for over 10yrs .This is the Best out of all of them.

Excellent chinese food! Great value for the money (you will take food home), great flavor, not greasy at all- well prepared and good service. Moved here recently from California and did not expect to find this quality of chinese food in Oklahoma. Wow, was I wrong- I've been there several times now and it's my new favorite place in Shawnee :)

I have not had one dish that was not delicious. All items are made-to-order, and it is affordable. The sushi is great, too.

I grew up eating amazing asian cuisine on the west coast, which Shawnee tends to lack. The Phoenix Diner is one of my favorites here in Shawnee. I was happy when it opened. The food is healthy, the staff is always nice. Expect a high quality meal with a very reasonable price. If you like gravy-train chinese food, this isn't your place.
