Went with a severe toothache got in got a call after leaving a weekend message to confirm a time in the morning. The staff knew their job payment was explained and expected and no hassle in any way. Great dentist and my mouth is better thank you so much

I've never been to a clinic that was as unprofessional as this one. when first going in the front lady smiled and told me what to wait in the seats. when I was called to the back was when the problems began. The lady who walked me to the back led me and my child to a room and complained about some stupid room and then moved me to another area. She walked off without saying anything. Another lady walked in and began talking to the first that had walked back complaining about not being able to find any toothbrushes, Never saying hello to me and my child kept looking around then saying "I don't know how we are going to brush her teeth without a toothbrush!" Then the first lady that walked us to the back brought a child's tooth brush. Then the second lady smiled at my child and tried making small conversation with me and my child. At this time I was appalled that they would act in such a way. Then things got worse. The doctor came in complaining about having to do somebody's teeth and "she didn't mind, but why does she always have to do it, its so dumb". This lady looked to be in her late forties or so. For a grown woman to act that way in front of a person you are about to work on is disgusting. I was not talked to much, and when I was it wasn't very genuine. The things I heard there I never imagined to hear coming from a professional institute. will never go back as long as such unprofessional workers are there.
