Alexander Fong, MD, is an experienced, Board-certified neurologist with AdventHealth Medical Group. He provides care and treatment for the full range of neurological conditions and has additional subspecialty training in the treatment of epilepsy. Dr. Fong earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and completed an internal medicine internship at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He then completed a residency in neurology and a fellowship in vascular and neurocritical care at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Fong is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the Neurocritical Care Society. He joined AdventHealth Medical Group Neurology at Shawnee Mission in 2014. He is Board-certified in neurology, psychiatry and epilepsy.
