Incredible service. I called on Monday morning to get a quote to fix my car. Over the pervious weekend some one had busted open my windows with a crowbar, sending tiny glass shards everywhere and stole everything in sight. It was a horrible, frightening experience. I was given a quote that I didn't love but I knew that I was paying for immediacy and quality of service. (It wasn't outrageous. I was just still upset I was paying for the damage at all because of that thief!) I brought the car in the next morning, Tuesday. My service guy, Clay, was prompt at 7:30am to help me with my car. I got a call that afternoon saying my car was ready. I asked Clay to make my car look like nothing had happened. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! I couldn't believe it! He detailed my car and the window looked wonderful. I also paid LESS than what he quoted. Are you SERIOUS? He was able to fix one of the parts even though I gave him permission to replace it. AND I had some pervious damage on my bumper (my fault - backed in to a pole) and he didn't try to up-sell me! Nobody hassled me on any thing else that could have been fixed. I've never felt so good about trusting someone with my car. I feel like I can actually trust them to take care of me and that's all I want from the people I trust my car with. I would highly recommend Shawnee Mission Ford to ANY ONE. I know that I'm a customer for life. Thank you so much for everything you guys did. You're all amazing.

I have bought every car I have owned from Shawnee Mission Ford and have never had any problems from sales or service. I have had a few manufacture problems but SM Ford has always taken care of the problem. Recently took my 08 Escape in due to some peeling of trim between window. It was 2500 miles over the 36000 mile warranty. I asked to talk to the Service Manager and he told the Service Rep to "Fix it" ! It was done within 40 minutes and they replace all 4 pieces of the trim. I highly recommend Shawnee Msn Ford Sales and Service

I have bought 2 cars in the past and just went back for my 3rd one. I just received my insurance check for my last car and went back and bought a new F150! This truck is better than the last. Service is always good and Mike is a great salesman!
