Poor phone customer service. Ordered item online, never got a call it was in store waiting for me to pick up. Had to call 3 times before they figured out where it was IN THEIR store. Bought a grill, said they could install it in 1-2 days. Never got a call, had to call multiple times to see if it was ready. When on the phone I was always cintinuously on hold until I would give up and have to call back. Very unorganized service.
