I have been living in Willow Village for about 7years and it really is a nice place to live, but it is sad when you need paint and new carpet and can't get it. Its also sad when certain people ask for things and they get it because they are friends with the property manager. People need new carpet and paint and because some people that are friends with the manager and has lived here a shorter time got these things and didn't take care of it now we have to suffer. Thinking that the workers and management are not suppose to inner act with the residents of the property, then why is it that certain ones can stay at the managers house and do work on the managers car on and off the property. I thought that this was HUD funded and if it is then we should be able to receive paint every 3 years and carpet every 5 years.Can we please get some HELP. Thank you in advance. Signed ANGRY TENANTS. Also its suppose to be confidentiality about tenants and there apartment but its not due to the prop man.
