      I've been dealing with this bank for 8 months , when they were New Bridge Bank ,Since the beginning I've been inconvenience more than one time by errors and miscommunication, Finally<< resulting in me not having a business account now, because Overdrawn and paid in two days, then after the transition it got a little better,except I haven't heard anything back from Melissa or Angie in the Shallotte office, Everyone gets busy , but GEE!! its been 3 weeks and now i'm calling and no one is answering phone calls , This is not very good customer relation,... All I want is to open another Business account..
