I felt it was all about the money. I’ve never been to a dentist that made you pay before service was rendered. I’m talking about, if you needed to come back for another appointment, they wanted me to pay for that future scheduled service. But the majority of staff was nice, Jada always tried to be helpful. Dr. Chang was pleasant the one time I met her. I doubt that the staff makes rules regarding the financial aspect. I just decided to go elsewhere.
