Provided by YP.comWhen my parents brought in their vacuum, they were told their vacuum would be fixed in a week. They were charged $56 for the service. Shakopee Vacuum had the vacuum for more than three weeks--my mother had to keep calling them about the status of her machine, and finally three weeks, she was told her machine was worthless, the parts that were needed were not available, and she never got her $56 back. When questions were raised, we were told their policy says it's $56 for diagnostic/cleaning, and the service was the calls they made to find the required part, not the fixing of the vacuum. Though the policy was never provided in the beginning, later we were told that the policy is on the front desk and it was our responsibility to read it. They also added that any parts that may have come in, would have cost extra--this too was not mentioned on the initial visit. They provided a "diagnostic" and when we asked why the machine wasn't cleaned as part of the diagnostic/cleaning fee, we were told the machine was not worth anything, because there are no parts to fix it. Overall, very bad experience and the customer service was utterly non-existent.

Provided by YP.comWorst customer service I have ever received! Shakopee Vacuum broke my vacuum head while replacing a belt, denied they did and lost parts to it in the process! Very poor experience! Chanhassen Vacuum fixed their mistake!
