i.e., A In the last 9 months quality of service there has gone way down. I took my car in for routine things (brakes, oil change, tire rotation). When I got my car back the brakes were not done right. They were too tight and if I had waited one more week would have needed new rotors and brakes. They said the front brakes and rotors were fine but they were not. I took my car back 2 times (once to get the tires balanced when they weren't after they were rotated and once to have the back rotors turned and brakes loosened). They managed to balance the tires but did not fix the brakes. I was basically driving a car with non-working brakes for at least 3 days and they knew that. The owner doesn't monitor his only mechanic and doesn't know these things are going on.local favorite, or highly recommended because
