Great apartments! A lot of options, pretty spacious, and they are kept very clean. I've always been comfortable and the landlords have been easy to contact.

I'm not sure about the prior reviewer's experience, but I can share my own. I found Arthur Properties to be fair and decent in all dealings. My apartment was clean and a decent value, much cheaper than the offerings in Columbus and nicer. I paid with a card the entire time and never once did I experience unauthorized charges. Also, some maintenance issues were handled more quickly than others, but I believe water leaks, heating and air and safety issues were given top priority. All in all, I found them very reasonable to deal with, and wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again or refer them to a friend or family.

This family try to steal your money from your credit card, blaming your card has a trouble. They never come to check property problems, and they don't get back to you at all. Work orders are never taken as workorder, it will become a paper trash one second later. HORRIBLE FAMILY BUSINESS. They smile, they pretend they do a good job. They LIE. They raise the rent twice a year. Reason for it...They are a money monster. TERRIBLE. The daughter in the office don't get things. Your message will never reach anyone. Mrs ask you to help her personal local activity, but they NEVER help you. They don't repair, they don't listen to you, they charge higher rent than what it should be. And all of these... come down to tenants faults according to their explanation. They treat tenants as their servant as we are not good enough to bring money to them. Do not go in here. They will steal your money from your credit card.
