My daughter had her wedding dress altered last year and I had some hemming done as well. The workmanship was beautifully done and well below prices quoted by a major wedding dress shop. The owner/seamstress was personable and pleasant.

I stopped by Sewing Suite after work today to drop off a few alterations. I chose the establishment primarily because I'd found out online it was open until 6 pm. I was met at the door by an employee leaving (I can only assume this was the owner, as I can't imagine anyone would employ someone with such a poor attitude). When I explained what I was looking for, the woman curtly responded that I would need to make an appointment, as she was about to leave. She did not offer to provide me the service then, despite it being 45 minutes before scheduled close and the store was empty. As I was leaving, she called "appointments necessary is posted on our door!" I will not patronize this establishment in the future and suggest others do the same. I was treated with incredible disrespect for no reason other than the staff on hand had planned to leave early. I hope that serious changes are made to the business model under which Sewing Suite operates.
