They don't clean the exterior of my car really good there's always something still on my car

I would have given it a zero star if I had the option. Not because of the car was itself, but because of the unprofessionalism of the owner. And when I told him how I felt about his comments, I was told to lighten up. This is not how you handle customers and/or their complaints about you and or your business. I have been going here for years and now have a bad taste in my mouth. This is not the type of establishment I give my business too, nor refer my friends and family too.
