My wife and I have been married for nearly two years and John Kim Muchesko Photography has yet to provide us with anything more than the photo proof book and dvd s of the image files. The custom bound wedding album, two parent albums, nor any prints have been provided. All of the above items were part of the contract that was required to be paid for in full. After dozens of phone calls, emails and voicemails, we've still heard nothing in response. We re not trying to get anything more than what was both paid for and agreed to. I wish I'd of seen the earlier review before hiring them to be an integral part of the most important day of our lives....

Showed up late. Proofs were horribly small. Not professional. Doesn't return phone calls. Took forever to recieve my pics.Only plus is that the pictures were good, however, not worth the trouble.
