Used Smoky Mountain Taxi to get to and from a wedding while staying in Pidgeon Forge. The wedding was nearby in Sevierville. The driver is the Father of the previous owner who passed away. He was on time, super friendly, and reliable. The van was clean and didn't smell bad which is a plus. We chatted the entire time and he was neither annoying or awkward. Will definitely use Smoky Mountain Taxi the next time we're in the area. I normally don't post reviews but the service was so much better than what I'd consider "normal" that I felt it was the least I could do.

We have used this cab service for 5 yrs running when we have our family reunion up here in gatlinburg. Tim, Gene and the rest of the drivers are always great, being on time and dealing with us over 24 family members. They go above and beyond anything we ask them for, this is a top notch cab company who cares about what they do and will take care of you from the beginning to the end. We used this cab company on the week of April 15 from a cabin in Pigeon Forge to Craw Daddy's bar in Gatlinburg, we had over 80 people from Ohio State Univ and Tim and all his drivers where awsome and done a wonderful job in picking us up and getting us back to our cabin.If you need a cab service for 2 people or 80 people then Smoky Mtn Taxi is the best around, highly recommend them to anyone. Very friendly, very prompt, representative of company, stated that he would be about five to ten minutes and was there before the time aloted. Will use this service any, and everytime that I am in the area. Service was pleasant, and talkative,a very pleasureable experience with an outstanding taxi service. Was in Pigeon Forge for the Tennessee Water & Waste Management meeting and had 18 people to transport to Gatlinburg for dinner at the Peddler. We are from Morristown,tn and come to Gatlinburg many times a year and we have used this company for yrs now and find them to be wonderful each and everytime we use them,would recommend them very highly.
