Do not rent here if you value your belongings. My car was hit more than once by kids playing soccer and throwing rocks in the parking lot. The office staff did nothing but send out a letter to all the tenants which did nothing. I noticed things missing or stolen from inside my apartment. I had the lock changed and still noticed things missing. I did not trust the head maintenance guy or office staff after that. The Sevierville police could do nothing because there was no proof or sign of forced entry. There should be a sign on their door saying "welcome to Mexico." All of my neighbors were Mexicans. Even the head maintenance guy. Because SMO does not do a background or credit check my guess is they were illegals. As far as the apartment itself goes, it's not worth the $600 a month rent they are advertising. Hardly no insulation in the attic made for hot summers & a cold winter on the upper level. Utilities were very high. Maintenance goes undone & units are rented "as is"

We have stayed in Ogle Properties twice now, and we love it. We are currently in the Oakwinds complex for over a year now, and have always been treated with respect, fairness, and attentiveness to our concerns. I can't image staying anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.
