Less than 1 star. DO NOT deal with JIM Whaley. He does not maintain or even care about his properties. Junk and trash covering properties. NEVER maintains roads or even checks on upkeep. NO trees, all dirt and rocks. LARGE pot holes on paved areas, and no gravel on unpaved. LARGE ruts and dirt, no maintenance at all. ONLY WANTS MONEY FOR NOTHING ELSE IN RETURN. Just small dirty, trashy lots.
