The store is as always, great, I dont like the music but i overlook it...elevator music would be motre appropriate. I find it amazing that while your playing this misic, you have a black man and a tall white man both to look like they are in thier 40 s being so very rude to the customers. I personally have had a run in with each of them. They need management classes. I have written the corporate office and if he every talks to me that way again......im going to tape him on my phone and broadcast it on social media. We are from little town tennessee, were used to people being nice. Now Megan at the cash regiter and Dean in framing, excellent, but again they are locals. I will not be told to shut up by ypur management of Sevierville ever again!

I love this store !!!!!! I'm into western stuff, horse's, cowboys all that. I have just about one of everything they have western. My wife grounded me from Hobby Lobby..... lol. The store is always clean, neat, organized, and very well stocked shelves. Oh and the Employees are the best always kind no matter what they are doing if you have a question or needing help they stop what thier doing to assist you.
