This is a business run by a family, so there's no accountability or care in customer service because they know they aren't losing their jobs. This place is terrible, there are many other and better places to get what you need, give them a try and save yourself the misery.

Don't do it. There is absolutely no customer service and their merchandise is damaged. We ordered an item. It arrived damaged in a damaged box. We shipped it back at OUR expense, took pictures of the damaged box and everything. They admit they have the item, we have FED Ex tracking that says they signed for it. They refuse to send us a new item. You can only wait on hold to talk to someone 2 hours per weekday. Then they cut you off or hang up. They "say" they answer emails promptly. They do, with an auto answer, which is no answer at all. They have two communication methods: "no" and "No answer." I can't belileve they are still inbusiness in this economy. I plan to complain to the BBB, the Tennessee attorney general, and every on-line rating. There should be a law.
