I should have known when I walked in and the stylist who greeted didn't even look as she had taken the time to comb her hair.A common theme amongst all the stylists there that day.I went for a cute and foil highlight.The cut was okay- no complaints. The highlights however were a different story.The color was on my hair for 40 minutes because my stylist was cutting someone else's hair while I was processing.I thought for sure it would have been light enough since she made wait so long before rinsing.I've had great highlights in 20 mins.Instead of blond my hair was more of a light brown. No real noticeable difference. The stylist agreed and offered for me to come in again. I choose this salon because I thought it was a high end salon. The prices say that it is. For well over $100 I don't think it should take over 6 hours for a foil highlight. I do not have that kind of time. I was charged full price and was very dissatisfied. I will not recommend this salon to anyone and will not return.
