Throughout 24 years of experience, he has lectured on the national stage, taught surgery as a clinical assistant at the University of Maryland and the Veterans Administration Hospital in Baltimore, led surgical teams to Belize, Central America to help children with cleft lip deformities, participated in the Domestic Violence Program, and led a company to bring new medical products to the marketplace. Dr. Kleiman has continued his education by studying the latest surgical techniques and becoming proficient with the latest laser, light, and radiofrequency technologies. He is director of Severn River ENT and Severn River Plastic and Laser surgery.
