Best food in town, great bartenders too!

We were in town for the Lavendar festival and after a day of looking at flowers with the wife, I needed a drink and some good food. A couple of locals steered us to the Oasis. From the outside it's looks like a dive but once you step through the doors, you walk into a very clean, nice, comfortable atmosphere. They have the usual assortment of TV's with sports, a couple of pool tables and a number of dart boards as well as a dance floor and on our visit, a jazz group was playing. What really stands out however is the food. The food at this place rocks! I had their special which happened to be salmon. It put anything I have had in Seattle to shame and it only cost 12 bucks. My wife had the garlic prawns and they were awesome. If this bar existed in Seattle they would be lined out the door every night. The also have their own dark brown beer, the double hump brown and it was good. Our next time in Sequim my wife can look at flowers and you will find me at the Oasis.
