I live in Portland Oregon and I took a trip up to see my friends in Sequim. I lost my keys and called this company up asking for a price on a new master key for my Ford Taurus '97. He had the cheapest price in the county, and a decent level of professionalism. Unfortunately it's been three days since I've called him and still he hasn't been able to make it to my car to help me get a new key. He kept putting it off and putting it off - saying he'd do it the next day. He said he'd do it today and I called him early in the morning. Unfortunately, it is now 5pm and he still hasn't gotten around to it. I think his customer service and response time is horrible. I wouldn't reccomend this company to any friend. I only gave him two stars for his professionalism on the phone to the manner of which he spoke.
