shoddy workmanship, cutting corners, leaves debris and mess behind, damaging personal property such as appliance, driveway deeply scraped by his work trailer door dragging. Not finishing the job completely and when I pointed out the errors that I could obviously see, not yet aware of corners cut, he then had an attitude! A big fat waste of our time and money! Especially now that I have to have the work redone and corrected at our expense! I have alerted the BBB concerning this Matthew Gibby of Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC. As I had his work inspected after kicking him out of my home, I was informed of the improper insulation of our duct work. The other company took pictures exposing problem areas and incomplete work to include with the report they will provide if needed in small claims court!
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Hello, I had this team install three units, the first unit leaked three times caused 3,500.00 worth of damage. The second started tripping breakers and had to be repaired by another vendor.

Well, things do happen the owner would not pay for the damage to the first house .Friends that is not were this ends ,Matt Gibby and his crew will do a real Good job, so friends please listen and know if you have to trust something major to this team . I suggest that you find another vendor.
