I was a customer for three years and it started off good. But about 18 months in, maybe as they expanded, the service went downhill quickly. Over the last 18 months, I had to remind them at least 10 times of work that was not done or corners that were cut. I was treated rudely by their staff and even insulted by the office manager. Sometimes their work was good, but because of the issues I experienced over time I constantly had to double check their work and worry about whether details they missed were addressed later. They were the cheapest service provider, so we put up with their poor service and our frustration for way too long. I wouldn't do it again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
