This is an alert for any buyer not to go with this company the owner the manager and the seller are very unexpert don't have ethic regarding the buyer all they want its to sell take your money and will do anything in order to not give it back if the transaction don't go thru. as per my experience its been really a night mare. However I will proceed and call the state to file a complaint somebody has to show them they can't go and send inexpert people on the field take earnest money and pretend they know what they are doing. This people took my earnest money when I cancell the offer, this is very bad as a community we all work hard for our money and want to get something in return not steal it from your own hands. They are rats.
