Our reasoning behind this: airports make errors, and other people make errors. We feel this is the only way to make it a True Personal Experience for your Family. We were treated like family at Brown-Oglesby. It means so much to receive that type of treatment. The services were also done very well and the staff was great throughout the entire process.
We had our funerals prepaid. It is a good idea to have all that done before ones death. It was so much easier to make those decisions and come up with some of those hard to find answers when your not under emotional stresses.
