Beyond the Bull serves clean food, alternative proteins, wild game, seafood and lamb, and prepares food limiting added sugar, and no refined grains, additives or trans fats. Most menu items are gluten free. Signature fresh salsas and dipping sauces are made from scratch. Fine dining in a casual environment --- guests are encouraged to linger awhile, have a vintage cocktail and graze our menu and fine wines in our air conditioned dining rooms or on the deck.
